MLMG Cohort 1: Aspiring to Early Stage Middle Leaders Group
This unique program is a multi-modal acceleration opportunity that combines 1:1, peer and group coaching that wraps around foundational development in three key domains of middle leadership.
To keep the value high for all participants, this program is limited to 8 places only. This allows the development of deeper learning relationships between the facilitator and participants, and between participants themselves.
Common Problems
Aspiring and new-to-role middle leaders often struggle with one of more of the following problems:
Low confidence stemming from a perceived lack of experience and exacerbated by working with older and more experienced people in their teams.
A fear or aversion to conflict leading to avoidance or over-compensation in challenging contexts.
A belief that “it is up to me” to motivate, coerce or drive the team’s performance towards achieving the outcomes or goals of the team.
Living in any one of these problems leads to exhaustion and burnout over time.
This program provides deep solutions to each of these problems by focusing on a journey:
Where ‘young’ leaders have the appropriate level of leadership confidence,
Where they are able to manage and leverage challenging situations, and
Where they know and use a range of processes and strategies that support collaborative teams and shared workloads.
